Our Approach
Rooted Recovery Solutions, LLC delivers concierge-based, integrated Primary Care, Addiction Medicine, and Psychiatric care to a select clientele of executives and professionals who seek discreet, private services. Care is provided directly to patients at their place of business, private residence, or other agreed-upon locations. We maintain a low-volume, high-touch model that prioritizes continuity of care, absolute confidentiality, and rigorous clinical accountability.
For patients who have completed formal treatment, achieved documented remission, secured stable residential or community support, and demonstrated productive re-engagement in professional and personal life, we extend continuity of care through a structured telehealth platform. This serves as a clinically appropriate, lower-acuity option for ongoing monitoring, medication management, and supportive follow-up. Telehealth is never used as a substitute for in-person care during active treatment or more intensive phases of recovery.
In select cases, Rooted Recovery Solutions maintains formal Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with OhioMHAS-certified Residential Recovery Homes, Treatment Centers, and Counseling Centers. These partnerships facilitate coordinated patient engagement at partner facilities. In return, we offer non-clinical advisory consultation on operational standards, certification processes, and medical perspectives on standards of care. No clinical services are rendered by Rooted Recovery Solutions within these arrangements beyond those explicitly outlined in each MOU, and there are no monetary exchanges or quid-pro-quo arrangements.
